Graduation day is fast approaching, and it’s time to get ready to celebrate your big achievement! Whether you're completing your undergraduate, master’s, or doctorate degree, we've got everything you need to make sure you look your best in your cap and gown. From tassels to stoles, this guide has all the details on how to order your regalia, check your order for completeness, and even get the perfect diploma frame. Order Your Cap & Gown:

Order your cap and gown by March 30 to pick it up at the Saints Shop on or around April 30. You can also choose to have it shipped to your home if you prefer. A shipping fee of $14.90 for orders shipped to your home will apply.

Alternatively, you can order by April 15 to have it shipped directly to your home for a $14.90 shipping fee. All free shipping to the Saints Shop will end on March 30.

Shipping & Pickup Options:

• Saints Shop Pickup (March 30 Deadline): Free shipping, available for pick-up on or around April 30, 2025. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.
• Home Delivery (April 15 Deadline): A $14.90 shipping fee applies, and your order will be sent directly to the address you provide.

Check Your Set for Completeness

Once you receive your cap and gown set, be sure to check that it includes all 4 pieces: Cap (or Tam), Gown, Tassel, and Stole.If any pieces are missing, please contact the Saints Shop immediately at saintsshop@css.edu. If you discover a missing piece on the day of commencement, you will be required to purchase a replacement.

Regalia Pickup on Commencement Day

We know many of you have questions about picking up your regalia on Commencement Day. The Saints Shop will open at 9:00 AM on Commencement Day for your convenience, so you can pick up your cap and gown before the ceremony if that works better for you.

Additionally, our regular store hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

2024 Signets for Tassels are Available

Everyone will receive a 2025 signet with their cap and gown order. However, if you graduated in Fall 2024 and would prefer a 2024 signet, you can trade your 2025 signet for the 2024 version. You can make the exchange at the Grad Fair on April 1-2, or anytime at the Saints Shop or on Commencement Day. This applies to both individuals who purchase a full regalia set and those who buy just a tassel.

These items are available for individual purchase if you'd like to add them to your regalia or are looking for a special souvenir or gift for a family member. You can pick them up at the Saints Shop or conveniently order them online at shop.css.edu.

Reminder About the Gold Stole

A quick reminder that the gold stole you are required to wear for Commencement is included with your cap and gown set and does not need to be purchased separately. You will only need to buy a new one if you lose it, forget it on Commencement Day, or if you borrow a previous graduate’s cap and gown and it isn’t included with that set.
