To the Spring 2020 graduating class, the decision to cancel commencement has left many wondering if caps and gowns can be returned, and the answer is yes, they can! All regalia can be returned for full credit, minus shipping charges if you've already received it.
Some people are keeping theirs for pictures, grad parties this summer etc., but if you would like to return yours, keep reading!
There have been several options to order and receive regalia, and specific return instructions are detailed below. For all options, all pieces must be unused and in the bag it came in and returned prior to May 10th, 2020.
If you ordered your set through this site and chose to have your order shipped to you, send it back to us and we will credit you upon receipt. Please include your packing slip or order number and contact information.
If you ordered your set through this site and chose to pick it up in the store and have done so, send it back to us and we will credit you upon receipt. Please include your packing slip or order number and contact information.

If you ordered your set through this site and chose to pick it up in the store but haven't done so yet, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will credit you. Please include your order number.
If you purchased your set at the Saints Shop, you should return it there as well. We realize that this will be difficult due to the situation we are in and the fact that store hours are limited or we are closed (TBD). Because of this, we offer two other ways to make your return:
- If you paid by credit card and have your receipt, send your set, receipt, name and contact information to us and we will process your return.
- If you paid by cash or do not have your receipt, we will extend the return deadline until 30 days past the date we are open our regular business hours once again so you can stop by to make your return.
