About

The Saints Shop is located in Tower Hall on the Main Campus of The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. We serve students, faculty, staff, alumni, family and friends of St. Scholastica, whether from our Main Campus or any one of our extended campuses located throughout MN.

The mission of our store is guided by the Benedictine values of Community, Hospitality, Respect, Stewardship and Love of Learning.

We strive to provide our customers with friendly, knowledgeable and exceptional customer service.

We work hard to ensure that we can offer an exciting variety of affordable Saints apparel and gift items.

Our student employees aim to exhibit and promote school pride while contributing to the success of our store, with financial contributions staying within the college and benefiting our students.

Satisfied or Return

Return Policy:
We accept returns on most merchandise*. You can return merchandise in its original condition and packaging with tags attached within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, or if you do not have a receipt, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Please send your merchandise along with your receipt or packing slip and the best way to contact you to the address below.

Please send returns to The College of St. Scholastica Saints Shop, 1200 Kenwood Ave., Duluth, MN, 55811.

To start a return for damaged or defective merchandise, contact us at saintsshop@css.edu. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

You can always contact us for any return question at saintsshop@css.edu.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include clearance merchandise, items not in original condition or packaging, worn or washed apparel and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
