Return Policy:
We accept returns on most merchandise*. You can return merchandise in its original condition and packaging with tags attached within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, or if you do not have a receipt, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Please send your merchandise along with your receipt or packing slip and the best way to contact you to the address below.

To start a return for damaged or defective merchandise, contact us at saintsshop@css.edu. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include clearance merchandise, items not in original condition or packaging, worn or washed apparel and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
